About Us

Belair Park Country Club is approximately 20 years old. The modern building was built way ahead of its time, looking sleek and contemporary.

The building comprises of three function rooms (The garden Room, The Parkview Room and the Fairway View Room.) The Parkview and Fairway View Room can be opened up into one large room called the Panorama Room. All rooms are very popular for weddings, seminars, special functions and formals.

For a wedding or dinner, the Garden Room can seat up to 110 people including the bridal table, leaving the dance floor space free. During the week the Garden Room is used for the bistro for lunches 7 days a week, Dinners Wednesday to Friday and breakfasts Saturday and Sunday.

The Panorama Room for a wedding or dinner will seat up to 170 people including the head table while leaving the dance floor free, if not requiring the dance floor 220 guests are able to be seated on round tables.

The Panorama Room and Garden Room is also suitable for networking days, trade shows and large seminars and conferences.

The Panorama Room can also be divided via a retractable wall in the Parkview Room, which can seat up to 70 people with dance floor and 100 without. The Fairway View Room can hold up to 50 people max (dance floor not available.)All rooms can be set for a dinner, theatre style, boardroom, u-shape, or workshop.

Geoff and Jackie Balmforth are the directors of Belair Park Country Club; both directors have been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years with a wide array of experience from Geoff being a head chef and business owner to Jackie being a business owner, florist by trade and function coordinator manager for many years.

The Belair Park Country Club was taken over by Geoff and Jackie 6 years ago and has turned the building around. Constant upgrades and renovations are being done to the business to benefit the consumers.

Geoff and Jackie both are hands on within their business and make sure that the staff are professionally trained and up to date with all procedures within the business to make sure all functions are run with 100% confidence and professionalism.
